2656143 Primary Facility 2017-11-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Elisabeth Jeffries well pad and the following was observed.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site was stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed outside of the LOD. The well heads were maintained, no leaks or fluids around well head. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained.

2664732 Primary Facility 2017-11-28 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Lightning Energy auger rig drilled 30" well bore and set 26" conductor casing at 40 ft. on 11/24/17.
2678644 Primary Facility 2018-01-04 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Decker Drilling rig #8 moved onto this well on 12/25/17 and resumed drilling 52 ft. KB. The 20" casing was set at 327 ft. on 12/26/17 and cemented to surface with 15 bbls returned. The 13 3/8" casing was set at 408 ft. on 12/27/17 and grouted to surface above a basket. An open void was found from 357 ft. to 362 ft. Baskets were set at 344 ft. and 349 ft. The 9 5/8" casing was set at 2640 ft. on 12/30/17 and cemented to surface with 23 bbls returned. KOP was at 5744 ft. TD was at 6344 ft. MD (6196.86 ft. TVD) on 1/4/18.
2761993 Primary Facility 2018-08-09 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Pioneer Energy Services Rig #76 moved on to this well on 8/8/18 and resumed drilling at 6358 ft. KB. KOP was at 5623 ft. (with air rig). Currently drilling ahead at 7126 ft. and building curve.
