2656124 Primary Facility 2017-11-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Elisabeth Jeffries well pad and the following was observed.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site was stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed outside of the LOD. The well heads were maintained, no leaks or fluids around well head. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained.

2664672 Primary Facility 2017-11-28 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Lightning Energy auger rig drilled 30" well bore and set 26" conductor casing at 40 ft. on 11/21/17.
2685624 Primary Facility 2018-01-19 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Decker Drilling Rig #8 moved onto this well on 1/5/18 and resumed drilling at 51 ft. KB. The 20" casing was set at 325 ft. on 1/6/18 and cemented to surface with 24 bbls returned. The 13 3/8" casing was set at 410 ft. on 1/7/18 and grouted to surface above a basket. Coal was found from 366 ft. to 372 ft. Baskets were set at 346 ft. and 351 ft. The 9 5/8" casing was set at 2642 ft. and cemented to surface with 33 bbls returned. KOP was at 5885 ft. TD was at 6690 ft. MD (6501 ft. TVD.
2747302 Primary Facility 2018-06-29 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Pioneer Drilling Rig #76 moved onto this well on 6/20/18 and resumed drilling at 6704 ft. MD KB. KOP was at 5897 ft. (with air rig). EOB was at 8357 ft. MD (7151 ft. TVD). TD was at 19,853 ft. MD (7388 ft. TVD) on 6/27/18. The 5 1/2" casing was set at 19,830 ft. Estimated TOC at 4897 ft.
