2318273 Primary Facility 2014-09-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 9/4/2014, I performed an inspection of Arrington Oil&Gas future well pad site w/ Dan Orrahood (DEP). The site is located in Jefferson Twp., Greene County. The inspection was performed as a pre-construction meeting of the site by request of the operator.
2334333 Primary Facility 2014-10-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 10/3/2014, I performed an inspection of Arrington Oil&Gas well pad site. The site is located in Jefferson Twp., Greene County. The inspection was performed as routine inspection during the drilling of the well.
2476252 Primary Facility 2016-04-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted

On 04/06/16 at approximately 1340 hours I conducted a routine complete inspection in response to a request for restoration extension by Arrington Oil and Gas. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present in the mail box. The site overall was well stabilized. There was on location on the rear right corner of the pad that could use additional seeding and mulch (see photograph). The original date for restoration was to be 03/01/16, but has been approved to a new date of 10/31/17.
