On 04/06/16 at approximately 1340 hours I conducted a routine complete inspection in response to a request for restoration extension by Arrington Oil and Gas. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present in the mail box. The site overall was well stabilized. There was on location on the rear right corner of the pad that could use additional seeding and mulch (see photograph). The original date for restoration was to be 03/01/16, but has been approved to a new date of 10/31/17. |
