2046964 2012-02-15 No Violations Noted On June 9, 2011, WQS Beth Smock inspected the Burnworth site and found that the site was not restored within the required 9 months and issued a NOV to Chief for the same. Also in 2011, Chevron acquired the Burnworth site and the Chief NOV.

On February 15, 2012, I conducted a Compliance Evaluation Inspection at the Burnworth site. The site was restored and had very good vegetative cover. A little fencing by the stream needed removed and some silt sox needed slit; I called Beth Smock (now working for Chevron) and made these suggestions.

I also noticed that the well sign still read “Chief” and that the well number was only partially legible. The sign out front also needs to be changed.

I found no new problems and this site is currently in compliance.

2092490 2012-08-16 No Violations Noted Site ID sign in place, area fenced in and gated, good vegetative growth and coverage, no other equipment on site, well was labeled.
