The application for inactive status was a one year extension and on the application the operator states that if the economics of building a pipeline to the Burnworth Well Pad do not support the cost of building the pipeline infrastructure then the operator will proceed with Plugging and Abandoning the well by May, 2019.

An additional compliance inspection will be conducted at a later date.
