2792638 Primary Facility 2018-10-22 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a RESTORATION inspection of the Repsol Oil & Gas's Roy J (03-039) Well Pad in Wells Twp, Bradford County on 10/22/2018 at 1035 hours. The weather was cloudy, 39 degrees, and 68% humidity.

The inspection was conducted in response to a notice of Termination received by the DEP. One actively producing well is onsite along with 7 others that are plugged. This site appears to be well stabilized and no temporary E&S BMPs were observed. All PCSM control practices are in place and appear to be functioning properly.

I recommend this Notice of Termination for approval. No violations were noted. I departed the site at 1105.
