Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Minor erosion was observed on the access road leading to the site. This should be addressed with routine road maintenance activities. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. Vegetative cover appeared to meet the 70% uniform coverage criteria.

Observed no accelerated erosion or sedimentation related to the well-site or access road. Did note that the access road required routine maintenance to insure the continued fucntionality of the erosion controls and passability of the road.
