1834957 Primary Facility 2009-10-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 12/19/06. Well appeared to be equipped for & in production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Minor erosion was observed on the access road leading to the site. This should be addressed with routine road maintenance activities. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. Vegetative cover appeared to meet the 70% uniform coverage criteria.
1972711 Primary Facility 2011-05-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 12/19/06. Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. Observed no accelerated erosion or sedimentation related to the well-site or access road. Did note that the access road required routine maintenance to insure the continued fucntionality of the erosion controls and passability of the road.
2284794 Primary Facility 2014-07-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. There was no observed accelerated erosion related to the access road or well-site. There was minor erosion observed in relation to the access road and its associated erosion controls. If no action is taken by the operator there is a potential for these issues to develop into a more significant erosion issue.
2640502 Primary Facility 2017-09-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road. It was noted that the permit number portion of the well tag was illegible. At this time the Department is requesting the operator address the well tag and contact WQS Higgins via correspondence, e-mail or phone that the issue had been addressed no later than October 6, 2017.
