- will look at courthouse. New landowner, Bob Allen, wants 2 old wells plugged - in his way to build houses. Suggested he plug them himself and told him the process. Talked on location with Tony Robinson (who was plugged well on location) and Tony gave him an estimate. Believe he will follow thru.

1726941476 2010-08-27 Orphan No Violations Inspection this day found orphan well, landowner says no one has produced it in 30+ years. Was shallow oil well, probably Cow Run and is one on 2 on property no one claims. We to courthouse this day and found no lease. Landowner gave me names of last producers but says they are gone (dead). Wells look to have 5 with rods, tubing, jacks are gone. Says were once pumped from central power. Maps show 2 other old wells on property but landowner does not know of these.
