0595207181 2006-01-05 Final Restoration No Violations Contacted Franklin Oil & Gas, Great Lakes Energy, and Foltz & Foltz. Nobody claimed the line. I called Steve Sigler at Buckeye Oil Producing. He said that he would send out a repair crew.
0786031866 2006-01-04 Final Restoration No Violations I contacted Steve Sigler (cell # 330-466-2852) at Buckeye Oil Producing regarding the line leak. Steve said that it was not Buckeyes line. He said to try Franklin Oil & Gas (330-264-8739). Steve said that if nobody claimed the line, he would send a crew to fix it.
0963041923 2005-12-20 Final Restoration No Violations Received a call from Ron Wendling regarding a gas leak on his nursery property. This is the same complaint (# 05-006) that was investigated on 5-25-05 and resolved. This time the leak could be heard. I will try to locate the owner of the line.
1117134107 2005-05-25 Plug / Plug Back No Violations See Complaint #05-006. I met with Ron Wendling and observed the location of the suspected line leak. No evidence of leakage was observed. I called Gary Miller and Tom Johnson of Massillon Washed Gravel (Central-Allied). They had investigated the suspected leak several days prior. They said it was an abandoned line from the Massillon Washed Gravel Unit #1 well that was plugged on 8-5-95. Final Restoration on this well was passed on 2-4-98. During the present investigation, Tom Johnson verified that the line had been plugged at both ends with cement. It had recently been run over by tree trimming trucks and may have been damaged, thus releasing residual gas that had been trapped in the old line. I informed Ron Wendling of the findings and informed him to observe the area for any evidence of future leakage. This complaint is resolved.
2065433672 2006-01-10 Final Restoration No Violations Met with Jeff Weber and Ron from Buckeye Oil Producing. They dug up the 2 dia steel line and repaired the line with a line clamp and filled in the excavation. Met with Ron Wendling and discussed the repair. Jeff Weber said that he would further investigate the ownership of the line. It has to be Buckeyes or Franklins.
