1357548422 2018-12-18 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead equipped with 2.375 rods and tubing and operating with a natural gas powered pumping unit. Gauges indicate 85psi on the tubing and 75psi on the 4.5 production casing. The wellhead and unit are fenced and the man door is locked. This well produces to a diked tank battery to the northeast and is shared with the Hahn #s 4, 5, & 6 (PN#s 2289, 2348, & 2364). The battery is fenced and locked and contains two (2) 210 barrel tanks, one (1) 100 barrel tank, and three (3) horizontal separators tied to one (1) meter run. This well produces through a separator shared with the Hahn #4 and all three (3) tanks are shared. The required ID is posted at the wellhead and at the tank battery. No violations. Note: The Emergency Well Locator plots this well 2.5 miles NNW of the actual location of the wellhead. I will notify Columbus of the discrepancy.
