0550785283 | 2013-08-12 | Final Restoration | No Violations | My inspection showed evidence of 8.25 casing and what looked to be the mouse hole emerging from the ground. The protrusions (N41.12611, W81.20211) are marked by a piece of white perforated PVC pipe to protect the area from farming equipment. The site is located in the center of a soybean field. The area around the well has been graded and vegetation (crops) has been re-established. The lease road has been removed and vegetation has been re-established. I spoke with the owners (deceased) family and they had questions as to why the well was never put into production. Contacted - Pat Starkey at 623-512-2021 or pabs5@cox.net - and informed her that the documents indicated a dry hole 5 months after drilling completed, and the well was plugged at that time. No plug report is on file, although there are handwritten notes pertaining to the plug job included in the permit file. |
