| On site to witness testing of Blow Out Preventer (BOP).  The blind and pipe rams were tested at @5000 PSI.  The choke system and annular were tested at @3000 PSI.  All systems passed their test.  Once the stack test was completed they tested the casing seat at 1800 PSI for 30 minutes, with no decline in pressures.

| Received phone call from Glen Smith drilling consultant for drill site of encountering H2S gases during drilling operations, went to site and monitored gas at request of consultant and had high readings so decision was made to convert to fluid drilling for the remainder of this section of wellbore, they will cement casing in place within the next couple days and it was suggested that they monitor well site for any potential hazards and if any more H2S is detected call me and advise of level detected.

0102310481 2012-01-14 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Received phone call from Glen Smith drilling consultant for drill site of encountering H2S gases during drilling operations, went to site and monitored gas at request of consultant and had high readings so decision was made to convert to fluid drilling for the remainder of this section of wellbore, they will cement casing in place within the next couple days and it was suggested that they monitor well site for any potential hazards and if any more H2S is detected call me and advise of level detected.

Note:5233 trip point and gas was noted@5140-5190 with 330ppm according to Stragraph records.

0423896489 2012-10-09 Production Wells No Violations Jake Glasscock and I stopped in to look at well. There is a large production operation on the auxiliary pad. There are 8-400 barrel tanks with leak proof dike. Well is equipped with large Texas style Christmas tree of a well head. There are no violations on day of inspection.
