He requested a review of the site and of Division records so he could have the well removed from his bond. My inspection of the area near the coordinates in RBDMS finds no sign of a well. I spoke to the landowners grandson, Josh Young, who stated that he has never seen any indication of a well in the area. Mike Moreland reviewed the paper files and did not find a copy of the plugging record. I will request that Mr. Chaplin file a form 55. |
