1291438803 2013-11-04 Compliance Action Follow-up 1363031771:There has been no resolution to any of the issues and John Schneider has been informed that the lease has been broken and that Stonebridge is required to plug the well.
1363031771 2013-03-11 This inspection is for a landowner complaint. The inspection revealed an idle well with a pumpjack, separator, and a 50 barrel tank. There is no identification. The pumpjack has a motor with a broken belt. The separator is broken and laying on the ground. The tank is empty and completely rusted through on the top and bottom, and there is no dike. The steel line at the tank from the wellhead is broken and rusted to pieces. The valves on the 4.5 casing are closed and the valves on the 2 tubing are open leading to the tank. The well was leaking gas at the top of the 4.5. Landowner stated that they received house gas over 15 years ago and owned the pumpjack which they used to relieve well of fluid. It produced too much water so they stopped using house gas. She stated the well has never produced anything except house gas. She said Stonebridge came out around 2011 and said they bought the well, painted just the wellhead and production suddenly showed up on the state website. Their attorney has filed a Affidavit for forfeiture of lease with the courthouse and a Notice to Recorder to Cancel Lease dated 2/28/2013. Operator must make well capable of production within 30 days; or plugging is required in 30 days. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of bond.
136681156 2014-05-20 The well is still idle and there has been no resolution to any of the issues.
1369757661 2013-05-28 Compliance Action Follow-up 1363031771: I obtained the Affidavit of Forfeiture and the Notice to Cancel lease that the Skinner's lawyer had filed at the courthouse. I also obtained the new lease that the Skinner's had signed with Triad Hunter LLC. Stonebridge no longer holds the lease and must plug the well.
1928824360 2013-05-01 Compliance Action Follow-Up 1363031771: There has been no resolution to any of the well issues. Landowner told me that they have already broken the lease and signed and received money from Triad Resources.
-1942342125 2014-02-10 Compliance Action Follow-up 1363031771: The well is still not in production and there is still a broken separator laying on the ground and rusted tank adjacent to the wellhead. The wellhead was bubbling with gas and the valve was open on the tubing but the flow line was shut at the broken end of separator line. I saw the landowner and he stated that they own the equipment. There has been no resolution to any of the issues.
-2057466632 2014-09-16 Compliance Action Follow-up 1363031771: The well is not in production, there is a broken separator laying on the ground, and the tank adjacent to the wellhead is rusted through the sides. The valve was open on the tubing but the flow line was shut at the broken end of separator line. The valve on the annulus is closed and disconnected from old house gas line. The lines from the wellhead to the tank and separator are broken and rusted in various places. There is no identification posted at location.
-750399925 2014-03-13 Stonebridge has reported production to the state. Eddie Biehl asked the state for an extension of time until April 25 to evaluate this well and legal situation. In this time they will apply for either a permit to plug back and re-complete or to plug and abandon. He asked to then be allowed to utilize up to the full term of the permit to resolve outstanding legal issues including any pending or potential litigation in the local Court of Common Pleas. Once they are able to clear the legal issues, they will safely perform the work in the field.
