0896653163 2018-01-23 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-2192. RBDMS indicated the owner was current with production reporting. The well was located in a housing development. The well was enclosed within a locked chain-link fence cage that was obscured with landscaping at correct distances. Correct identification was present at the well head. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The annulus was plumbed above grade and closed to atmosphere. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the closed position. No leaks were observed. The tank battery was shared with #2-2496. I met lease operator John Morse at the tank battery. Mr. Morse was performing maintenance on the separator dump valve. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment. Equipment within the dike specific to # 2192 consisted of one (1) vertical separator. The separator contained a current 7 day production chart. A shared 100 bbl production tank was also present. The production tank remained in good repair with correct identification for both wells. Valves were closed and plugged. No violations were observed during this inspection.
1286475858 2010-10-07 Production Wells No Violations I performed a random field inspection. I GPSd both the tank battery and the wellhead for the first time. I continued to walk around both the wellhead and the tank battery. This inspection satisfies 1501:9-9-05. There were no violations at this time.
