| My inspection found the 6 casing of the shale well has been bent over from debris in the river. The conductor casing has been seperated at the collar at ground level, leaving the production casing bent over and collapsed. The well was not leaking at the time of the inspection. The well is situated in the middle of the stream. Access is an issue for the well. The property owners side of the stream has an 8 ft bank. The opposite side of the stream would have easier access to the well.
