Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0042257434 2017-11-29 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located on the grounds of a corporate office park. At the time of this inspection, I found the following: a wellhead pump-jack unit and associated battery in an open area. The fittings and connections were secure and free from leakage or problems. Fittings and connections at the battery were secure. The load-lines were plugged and locked. ID signage was present and current. The secondary containment was intact with no signs of leakage, spills, or problems. The shared-use access road was in good condition. The well was in active production. Production reports and insurance were current.
0768123666 2009-08-07 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Witnessed the cementing of the long string. Uninterrupted circulation was observed throughout the job.
0884771286 2009-08-17 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The pits were closed. There were no violations.
0995372249 2015-02-06 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The well is located within the confines of a multi-building office campus. The wellhead and battery are located at the northeastern-most fringe of the campus. My inspection noted the following: The well is comprised of a wellhead pump jack and tank battery with 1 100-barrel production tank and 1 100-barrel brine tank with separator unit. At the time of my inspection, the area is covered with up to 14 inches of snow and, as such, elements of the system are obscured with snow cover. Connections and fittings are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. Evaluation of battery interior, lease road condition, and other surficial features is not possible due to snow cover.
