1559067533 2019-05-28 Casing String Witnessed No Violations PAD ADDRESS: 7429 CR 26, Bloomingdale 43910. On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precision Rathole had augured a 30 inch diameter hole to 100 feet. 100 feet of 24 inch diameter conductor casing was run. Drillers hit water at 85 feet while drilling. Petroset was onsite with 250 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.18. 50% percent excess ran. Cement was displaced to 90 feet with 46 barrels of fresh water. Cement returned to surface. Something gave way down hole and cement fell back quickly with 3 barrels left in displacement. Cement fell back to 33 feet. Hole was topped off with 6 cubic yards of 9-sack grout, including the cellar floor.
