0510718920 2019-03-05 Completion Testing No Violations The inspection is conducted under frac operations. Halliburton just fraced at stage 23 of 54 and at a depth of 15,634. The frac consisted of initial pressure test of 13,551 psi. The break down pressure was at 8169 psi. The initial shut in pressure is at 6568 psi. The average pressure was at 10,252 psi at an average pump rate of 84.7 barrels per minute. The total volume of fluid is at 4, 838 barrels of clean water and 1,000 gallons of 7.5% Hydrochloric acid. The total proppant ran is 228,235 lbs. of sand. They ran 59,960 lbs. of 100 mesh white and 168,275 lbs. of 30/70 mesh white sand. The liquid additives ran were 48 gallons of LP scale check, 44 gallons of MC-MX 8-4743(bio-cide) and 129 gallons of LD-2850(friction reducer). The logging contractor is E & P wireline. They are rigging up to run the plug in to a depth of 15,459 feet. The intermittent pressure is at 703 psi and the surface pressure is at 0 psi. The displacement was at 474 barrels.
1306941279 2019-05-29 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed several different contractors on site. A group of contractors is working on flowlines and the other is working on the pipeline/well connect corridor. Well has been drilled out and is awaiting flowback. Wellheads are on but flowlines have not been plumbed in. This well does not currently have tubing ran in it. It will be plumbed to produce from both sides of the wellhead. Annular pressure gauges are shut in and both read zero psi. Production equipment includes four line heaters, four GPUs, eight sand seperators, and two 500 barrel steel tanks in their own containment. Pad is stable and vegetated. Site meets requirements of 1509.072 (A) for preliminary restoration.
1317861188 2019-01-10 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 584 drilling their 12.25 inch diameter hole at 6300 feet. Company man Josh Delso said the hole is not making any water or gas. They are drilling on air. Estimated total depth of the intermediate section is 8800 and he anticipates they will be cementing 9.625 inch diameter casing on Sunday.
1541469336 2018-11-01 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the mine string cement job. Falcon 26 drilled a 24 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 236 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 30 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 100 feet. Wyoming Casing ran 225 feet of 18.625 inch diameter casing, j-55, 87.5 lbs/foot. Shoe track is 24 feet long. Cement Baskets were set at 162 feet. Coal encountered from 174-186 feet. C&J was onsite with 445 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.2. 50% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 66 barrels of fresh water. 35 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. No cement returned to surface. Cement tagged at 30 feet below cellar floor. 20 feet of one inch diameter tubing was run down the backside. 51 barrels of cement pumped down backside and 30 barrels returned to surface at 14.3 ppg.
1695183629 2019-05-16 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Deep Well Snubbing unit #10 on location. They have not started drilling out frac plugs on this well. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is zero and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 2900 psi. I asked Company man Cory Lewis to get it bleed down and check/change the gauge. Burst pressure of 9.625 casing is 5750 psi.
