Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1453674540 2019-8-30 0:00: PW No Violations 1.00
1521489274 2018-03-19 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found this pad containing two properly labeled producing wells. Wellhead pressures were surface 0 psi, intermediate 577, and tubing 660 psi. Production equipment includes two sand seperators, two GPUs, two heater treaters, two compressors, six 400 barrel steel tanks, a vapor recovery tower and a combustor. Site meets requirements on ORC 1509.072A for preliminary restoration.
2010597087 2019-04-08 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I met with company men Willard Scott, Wallace Bossert, and Bub Ruckert. Stone rig #15 is onsite for drill out of frac plugs on 1H, 3H, 6H, and 8H wells. This well is shut in and under a cage. Annular pressure gauges have been removed.
