| On the day of my inspection I found Patterson Rig 261 running 13 3/8 inch casing to the depth of 606 feet. O-Tex will be doing the cementing. The pump truck broke down and they had to call in a different pump truck and a different cement truck. All trucks arrived on location at 7:00 am on the 16th. The second pump truck has broke down. Leaving location.

| At the time of my inspection I found that Patterson Drilling rig 261 had new 9.625 casing ran to a depth of 2106'. O-Tex Pumping broke circulation and cemented the casing to surface with 770 sacks of class H cement. Good circulation was maintained throughout the job, with no significant increases in pressure. There were approximately 33 barrels of cement circulated to surface. O-Tex landed the plug at 1100 psi and bumped it up to 1609 psi. They held the pressure for 5 minutes. The pressure had fallen to 1594 psi. when they released it.
