1534939536 2014-12-06 On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Highlands Drilling Rig #10 drilled a 23 inch diameter hole to the depth of 484 feet and ran 448 feet of 18.625 inch 87.5#/ft. J-55 casing. Baker Hughes was on site and broke circulation, pumped 35bbls of gel and 10bbls of fresh water. Baker Hughes cemented casing with 575 sacks of Class A lead cement with 0.05% Static Free, 1% CaCl, 0.5% EC-1, 0.125#/sk. Cello Flake, 0.75gals/sk. FP-6L, 0.5% BA-10A, weighing 15.6ppg with a yield of 1.20cuft/sk. Lead cement was followed 179 sacks of Class A tail cement with 0.05% Static Free, 3% CaCl, 0.5% EC-1, 0.125#/sk. Cello Flake, 0.75gals/sk. FP-6L, and 0.5% BA-10A, weighing 15.6ppg with a yield of 1.20cuft/sk. Cement weight was verified by mud scales. Cement was displaced with 123bbls of fresh water. Good cement returns of 73bbls, plug was landed at 302psi and pressured to psi for 5 minutes and the floats at 278psi and pressured to 1028psi for 5 minutes and the floats did not hold pressured up to 1063psi and shut in casing.
