1295098749 | 2015-08-25 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection following up on Complaint ID #5100, I witnessed the production equipment included a 210bbl tank shared with 34059217990000 Lestock Howell #7 and a horizontal separator all within an earthen dike. High vegetation was present around the production equipment and a separate 210bbl tank was disconnected with contamination present around the U-tube flange with no contamination present in the dike. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, 2.375 inch tubing, rods and a pumping unit powered by electricity with the power in the off position and 1 of 2 valves open on the tubing and all valves closed on the casing. Identification was present and production records were current. No contamination was found at the wellhead. I placed call to Big Sky well tender Greg Henderson and instructed them to remove the 210bbl tank. |
