-1504185715 2014-01-13 My inspection today found no changes since my last. No violations found.
-1606862349 2013-10-22 I was on location with Tom Hill. The production tank has been over flowed and oil is covering a good area of the inside of the tank battery. Peat sorb has been spread to absorb the oil. I notified Mike Cutter to have the oil contaminated stone and dirt to be removed and replaced with new stone and soil. I was later notified that Scott Miller Contstruction was on location to clean up the spill. No other changes were noticed during my inspection.
-239014146 2006-11-15 Rig moving on site, pits have been built. Operator has bermed east and west side of site and constructed a sump in the south east corner of the site. Silt fence and straw bails have been placed to prevent off site sedimentation. Will spud tonight.
1380718168 2013-10-02 I am on location due to a water well complaint #4484 at 8921 Sherman Rd. The well is equipped with a plunger lift unit. The annulus valve is plumbed up and open. The well and tank battery are in good repair and are surrounded by a locked wooden fence. The tank consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 50 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The production tank is vented through a 55 gallon charcoal filter and into a spark arrestor. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
1384439591 2013-11-14 My inspection found the outside of the tanks have been steam cleaned. The contaminated stone has been removed from inside the tank battery. No violations found. Nothing else has changed since my last inspection.
