| My inspection found the well to be equipped with a pump jack. The annulus valve was open. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery and the well. The lease road is in stable condition.

| The affected area from drilling has been reclaimed.  The well is equipped with a pumping unit. There is paraffin and free oil that needs cleaned up around the pumping unit.  The owner/operator has constructed a dike around the wellhead which has standing water in it.  The pumper has placed a pallet on the ground which is coated with paraffin. I tested the water around the wellhead for chlorides which showed 0 PPM.  There are two wells producing into the tank battery. The dike is in good repair and is lined with a plastic.  The operator has installed a black plastic gas line from the drips at the meter run into the 210 barrel production tank. This line sits on the surface of the ground going through a horse pasture.  The hatch on the production tank is open with the gas line going into it.  There is oil and residual product splashed on the outside of the tank and hatch.  The land owner stated he gets and odor from the tank when wind shifts.  The tank battery also contains compressor unit which was giving off a high pitched noise noticeable from 200 feet away. An identification sign needs to be posted at the well.  The owner/operator will  be contacted to trench in the black gas line, change the connection to the 210 barrel tank and clean up around the wellhead. The operator should take steps to reduce the noise from the compressor.  The lease road going to the well was rutted, blocked by water and extremely soft.  I spoke to land owner in regards to the lease road and he stated that the majority of the damage was caused by the recent combine work on the farm and not from the oil and gas operations.
