134987034 2014-07-16 I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 05/18/2009. The unit is producing and production reports are current. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and pump jack system. The wellhead is located down a dedicated access raod with entry off of Snowville Rd.. The access road is gravelled and in reasonable condition. There are no signs of leakage or problems at the wellhead. The aboveground storage tank battery is located along the the access road, near the main road. The battery is comprised of a total of 2 steel 140-barrel production tanks, 1 50-barrel poly brine tank, and horizontal separator. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The battery is located in a separate board-on-board enclosure which is gated and locked. The load-outs are bull-plugged and locked. The secondary containment at the battery appears well maintained. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. There is ID signage at the battery and wellhead which are legible and in good condition.
