-117198200 2015-03-02 I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead and battery are located with in the confines of the Cleveland Clinic Home Care office facility on Brecksville Road. The wellhead is comprised of a mechanical plunger lift in a chain-link enclosure. The battery is comprised of 2 100-barrel production tanks, 2 50-barrel brine tanks, separators inside a separate chain-link enclosure. The battery is shared with the #2-1816 well. Fittings and connections at the wellhead are secure and free from signs of leakage. Gates and load-outs are secure and locked. Signage is present and complete. I did not observe any evidence of impact relating to on-going production activity.

The battery is comprised of 4 100-barrel steel production tanks and 1 50-barrel steel brine tank. Spacing and safety equipment are in accordance with rules. Gates are locked and ID placard is present. Secondary containment is adequate. The battery is shared with the #1816 unit. No problems or violations.
