-559006221 2010-03-15 On site to witness plugging of this orphan well. The plan today is to spot 660' of class A cement with 2-3/8" upset tubing. The bottom of the hole is 880'. Petroset broke circulation and mixed and pumped 78 sacks of cement. Circulation was maintained throughout the job. The well will be topped off tomorrow with 9 sack grout and the 5" casing will be removed if possible.
1230500470 2010-03-16 Well plugged checking for gas leakage though cement.

NO GAS LEAKAGE.

1236794872 2009-02-12 on site with company who's planning to demo building then to rebuild vent running up along the south wall of building no gas reads. Advised to find well then during building to reroute the vent. Advised Micheal Glenn to let me know when building is to be demo.
