1434528028 2017-11-02 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0975. Production reporting was current. Lease access was through a residential driveway. The 8.625 well head was above grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. Staining consistent with a legacy operation was present. A domestic supply connection was present. The tank battery consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) concrete brine vault. The separator remained in good repair with a current 16 day production chart. The production tank remained in good repair with correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. The vault remained in good repair above grade and was holding a minimal amount of fluid. No violations were observed during this inspection.
2055607835 2018-01-09 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to document the status of repairs to the production tank and improvements to the earthen dike. At the time of my inspection I observed the seeps on the side of the tank had been repaired. No other leaks were observed. The East dike wall had been built up to better contain a release. No further action is necessary.
