Original Spud 1969-04-08 The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well # 2-0613. My field inspection of the coordinates listed in RBDMS did not locate the well. No production equipment was present either. A review of records in RBDMS indicates a permit to plug and abandon was last issued in 1987. While conducting a well inspection on the neighboring property, I met Mr. Bandy who confirmed that the well was plugged in the late 1980's and prior to drilling of additional wells on the property. 12-19-16 K. Frye. Inspected on 3/6/17 - well meets the requirements for Final Restoration approval - USED INSPECTION DATE FOR PLUGGING DATE.
