| 0074450562 | 2018-06-28 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Patterson UTI 296 was currently reaming out of the hole at 24,055 feet depth. EQT Company Man Kelly Dunbar informed me that in the Process of tripping out of the hole at approximately 23,950 feet depth they encountered a tight spot in the well bore and pulled approximately 500,000 pounds on the hook load. Patterson UTI 296 tripped back in to total depth and began their back reaming standard operating procedure. Kelly informed me that they would continue to back ream for to approximately 22,000 feet and then attempt to trip out of the hole. If they did not encounter increased hook load they would continue tripping with 4 flow checks during the tripping process. I performed a walk around the rig and no violations were seen at the time of my inspection. |

The cellar has not been set on this well. A large steel plate is covering the well and I am unable to verify that it was cemented to surface, but was told by George Durington with Rice that it was. Conductor was spudded on 11/2/17 and cemented 11/4/17 by Express. |

There are (6) wells on the pad-3 that are producing and 3 that have been drilled with production casing set. The three that were last drilled with production casing set are the # 1-# 3 & #5 wells. All 3 are in square type cellars and the well heads are not visible above ground level elevation. No annular pressure monitoring is visible above ground level. There is a natural gas compressor on the rear left hand corner (South West) side of the well pad. There is (2) gas processing units and 2 line heaters present on the well pad. The production facility consists of (5) 400 barrel tanks and one horizontal 100 barrel tank, all situated inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. A 3rd party midstream facility is being installed at the left front corner (South) corner of the well pad, the perimeter berm has been removed. There also is 35 water trucks parked loaded and idling on the well pad, the well pad is being used for a staging area for water trucks. |

EQT company man Kelly Dunbar informed me that they were currently upgrading the top drive on location. All producing wells were still under cages with annular pressure monitoring in place. I informed Kelly that the wells that were just drilled needed to have annular pressure monitoring in place before the rig was moved. Kelly said that they plan on pumping out and cleaning cellars tomorrow and he would have cactus put gauges on the 13.375 inch diameter and 9.625 inch diameter casings. |
