0024104386 2015-12-17 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the drilling rig is drilling a 12.25 borehole at a depth of 9250. The company representative stated that the company still intended to drill a stratigraphic test below the 9.625 casing before drilling horizontally.
0107410998 2015-09-14 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On this day the operator was skidding to this well from the 3H well.
0279039552 2015-12-18 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations At 9:54 AM, I called and informed Ted Dubois that Rice Energy can not proceed to drilling the stratigraphic test hole until a permit to do so has been issued and no exception would be made.
0295027925 2016-09-12 Completion Testing No Violations An inspection was conducted on this site accompanied by Trish Cartmell. Completion operations were underway. The site was evaluated for remediation after the last release. The site proved to be in satisfactory condition.
0951041267 2017-06-14 Completion Testing No Violations During this inspection, the well was currently in the flow back phase of completion. There was piping from the well that lead to a sand separating unit and then to the 500 barrel fluid storage tanks. There was a total of ten 500 barrel fluid storage tanks on site. The tank battery on site contained four 400 barrel production fluid holding tanks and there were also gas processing units on site.
1224381493 2016-02-23 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The drilling rig has reached a total depth of 19,980. The company will condition the well and run casing.
1381709387 2015-08-25 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On this day Express Energy had reached a total depth of 100. The 30 conductor was ran into a 36 open hole and Express Energy was on site to cement the casing with 275 sacks of Class A cement. Cement to surface established. See cement ticket for details.
1447073150 2015-10-26 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On this day Falcon Rig #23 had reached a total depth of 1114. The 18.625 casing was ran into a 24 open hole to a depth of 1103. Halliburton was on site to cement the casing with 535 sacks of Class A cement. Cement to surface was established. See cement ticket for details.
1450206903 2015-12-15 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds the drilling rig, Patterson 288, is drilling a 12.25 borehole at a depth of 7764. While on location I reviewed the blow out preventer test charts. The company representative informed me that the company intended to drill this well as a stratigraphic test. I reviewed the permit and found the company did not have a Stratigraphic permit. I called Ted Dubois and notified him to correct the permit before drilling beyond the permitted depths.
1503404028 2020-6-23 0:00: PL No Violations 0.20
1511696130 2018-03-29 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a gas processing unit. From there, it is routed to a production area that contains six 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. There were no gauges present on piping that wwas connected to the well annuli. The outside of the 5.5-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing annulus was piped together with the other wells. Production records are current to 2017
24104386 2015-12-17 0:00 DD No Violations 2.00
951041267 2017-6-14 0:00: CT No Violations 0.50
