1167666513 2014-09-22 Patternson 349 is drilling an 8 3/4 open hole at a depth of 19049'. Rig will TD in approximately 200'. They will then circulate the hole several times prior to running their 5.5 production casing. Company man believes rig should start running casing sometime on the 23rd.
1234483975 2014-05-11 On the day of my inspection the 20 surface casing was ran and cemented. See cement ticket for details. No violations noted.
1406770202 2014-07-30 On site to witness the cementing of the 13.375 first intermediate casing. Falcon 39 drilled a 17.5 x 2094' open hole. Express set 2115' of 13.375 54.5#/ft casing. Baker Hughes is onsite with 1859 sacks of class A (15.6 ppg; 1.2 yield) cement to perform the job. The company is using 50% excess and leaving 40' on cement in the casing. Cement returns were viewed on the surface.
1792291786 2014-08-04 Falcon drilling is at a depth of 4082' with their 12 3/8 open hole. Company man Amos Duty was emailed H2S permit condition as they are in a designated H2S area but the drill permit was issued prior to discovery of H2S.
-1825381537 2014-05-20 Rice Energy (RICE DRILLING D LLC) has neglected to provide proper notification for the commencement of drilling operations. Furthermore, said operator was negligent in providing proper notification of the running and cementing of the conductor casing. Rice Energy shall follow the requirements provided in the Ohio Revised Code.
1953110053 2014-09-04 Patterson 349 has moved onsite to pick where falcon 39 left off. 12.25 open hole is at a depth of 7774'. Patterson rig has not started to drill as of this inspection. They will continue this hole to a depth of 8630' and set 9 5/8 casing.

-822522168 2014-08-21 Accompanied by inspector Andrew corder. During this inspection the operator was tripping out of the hole with a magnet. 2 cones from a tri-cone bit were lost in the hole. One has been successfully recovered and they are hoping to recover to the remaining one on this trip. Current depth of the open hole is 7776
