| I conducted an inspection on this well as a request for an inspection from landowner, John Badell.  Mr. Badell stated that he had found this well on his property while clearing brush.  Mr. Badell stated that an existing 10 inch casing with 2 inch tubing was present upon excavation of the well.  Water was flowing from the well continuously, so Mr. Badell added 10 pipe and 2 inch tubing to plumb up the well.  Mr. Badell also added pressure gauges to the casing to monitor any gas pressure.  At the time of this inspection, the work described above had already been completed on the well.  Remnants of the existing 10 casing and 2 inch tubing were on location. Pressure on the gauge read 4 psi.  The well showed no signs of leaking gas, water or oil.  There was no other equipment associated with the well.  Access to the well was nonexistent and the well is located within a very wet area.

| Complaint Status check #5980. I called and meet with land owner John Badell. My inspection of the well found that the repairs to the exposed well have been done. The well consists of an undetermined size well casing with a bolted flange reduced down to Two inch pipe. Then the two-inch tubing went up into a tubing tree with several valves to release pressure on well. Well site was snow and ice covered. No lease road. Available entrance blocked by vehicles and scrap. Well location behind residencies 4330 Ireland road. Records showed this was a historical well.
