No rods or tubing are visible in the open casing head. There is flowline at the location as well as an open pit. A request to inspect the well was received from Ben Harpster of the Orphan program following an inquiry by the landowner, Dan Stapp. There are 2-100 barrel tanks at the entry and a 50 barrel tank near the well. Following Chiefs Order 88-01 and enforcement case 89-A16, the well was referred for orphan plugging. Harold Moravy of the Division referenced an orphan file for the well in 2005. Ben stated he would check the Orphan records for the file and update the database. |
