Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0080423222 2018-09-05 Production Wells No Violations The well was equipped with a plunger-lift assembly. The surface/intermediate and intermediate/production annular gauges displayed readings of zero psi. No changes have been made to the production pad equipment since my last inspection. No violations were observed.
0318830632 2018-11-19 Production Wells No Violations The well was equipped with a plunger-lift assembly. The surface/intermediate and intermediate/production annular gauges displayed readings of zero psi. I performed a walk-around inspection of the pad and no violations were observed at the time of inspection.
0461466563 2014-10-31 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I was on the Leggett # 7 - H location to witness the placement and cementing the 9.625 intermediate casing string. Patterson Drilling Rig # 329 drilled a 12.25 bore to 2501 KB on misted air. The rig placed 2467 of 9.625, 40 lbs. / foot casing, 19 bow spring centralizers, float collar, float shoe in the wellbore. Schumberger cemented the casing in the wellbore with 945 sacks of Surfaceset cement. Schlumberger landed the top plug at 1100 psi. and bump the pressure to 1600 psi. which was held for 5 minutes. No pressure loss was observed. Upon release of pressure 1 barrel of displacement fluid flowed back and stopped. All checks held. I observed 35 barrels of cement slurry circulated back to surface. No violations were observed during this inspection.
0677115754 2017-11-01 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a status check of the well and pad. No changes have been made to the production equipment since my last inspection. The well is equipped with a plunger-lift unit and the surface-intermediate annular gauge displayed a reading of zero psi. The lease road was in good repair. No violations were observed at the time of inspection.
0906135302 2017-03-02 Preliminary Restoration No Violations

I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The #7H well is in production and consists of an open flow assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is identified with a legibly-marked well identification sign. Identification was posted at the tank battery which consisted of twelve 400 bbl production tanks, four labeled as containing produced water, and eight labelled as containing condensate. The tank battery is surrounded by a dike. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipaters. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Production equipment on the well pad consisted of: 12- 400 bbl production tanks, four labelled as containing produced water, and eight labelled as containing condensate 8 sand separators 8 gas processing units 1 low pressure vertical separator 1 oil stabilization unit 1 vapor recovery unit 1 horizontal separator, 1 compressor station Two bullet tanks Jersey barriers are installed around the production equipment. The access road and man doors were locked. Drainage and erosion controls at the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. The pad has a crushed limestone surface, and is in good repair. The lease road was stable in in good repair.

1414750649 2014-10-29 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I was on location to observe the cementing of the 13.375 surface casing. Patterson Drilling Rig # 329 drilled a 17.5 borehole to 636 KB. Patterson Drilling Rig # 329 placed 16 joints of 13.375 , 54.5 Lbs. / ft. casing with float collar and float shoe. The casing string was centralized with 6 bow spring centralizers. Schlumberger cemented the casing string back to surface with 600 sacks of Surfaceset cement. Mix water temperature was 60 degrees and ph was 7. Approximately 30 barrels of cement was returned to surface. No violations were noted.
2119246664 2014-11-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I conducted a status check on the Legget # 7 - H well being drilled by Patterson Drilling Rig # 329. At the time of my inspection the rig was drilling at 10,388 KB on the horizontal lateral portion of the wellbore.Kick off point was 7127 KB with the curve section being landed at 8249 KB. Wellbore was being cleaned by the circulation of Synthetic Oil Based Drilling Fluid. A walk around inspection of the drilling pad did not identify any violations.
