1193384361 | 2016-09-28 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well consisted of 8.625 inch diameter surface casing placed with a 2 inch diameter changeover on top of the casing with a valve in the closed position. With the conduction of my inspection I noticed that 4.5 inch diameter swab cups were around the well head. After my inspection I placed a call to Chuck Woods (an Atlas Noble supervisor) who stated he was not aware of the condition of the well and that he would like to meet on site and preform a site overview and figure out the condition of the well. After my inspection I reviewed documentation on the RBDMS data base and discovered that the well had been plugged back from the Clinton formation and permitted to produce out of the Berea formation. The permit is now expired and the Berea has not been put into production. The well has not produced commercially since it was drilled. |
