He claimed that he received notification that the well was still on his bond and in need of a final restoration. On the day of my inspection I found that the GPS coordinates stored in RBDMS plotted in an open agricultural field. The field was still covered in corn stubble from last years harvest. There were no signs of erosion. I found no well casing or production equipment. I found no oilfield related materials or debris. I found no remnants of a pit and there was no access road. I found no evidence that the plugged well was leaking. This site passes final restoration. |
