Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1928308 Primary Facility 2010-11-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This site is currently being constructed. No 7 day notice was received by the Department that construction had begun. There was no ESCGP on site. The issues that were noteworthy were the topsoil pile on the North end requires mulching and seeding, the filter sock on the north side is not on the contour, and there is a check dam installed in the sediment trap. The check dam does not conform with the ESCGP that I had on hand to conduct the inspection. I spoke with Company Man, Jeff Myers, about the issues. I have emailed Carrizo Staff regarding the plan and notice but have not received a response. I will reinspect this site.
1949297 Primary Facility 2011-02-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted 165 Gallons of diesel fuel spilled on to containment due to an absent minded fuel handler. The fuel was vacuumed up. I did not observe any evidence that the spill left the containment, however, I will reinspect the site when the equipment is removed to attempt to determine if the spill had left containment.
