0232314384 | 2018-08-15 | Production Wells | No Violations | On this day, I am accompanied by ODNR Inspector Justin Smith, and conducting a compliance notice follow-up inspection. I found the well to be produced by means of a pumping unit with a gas engine, tubing, and rods with the production valves open. Additionally, there is (1) 100 barrel steel tank, and a polymer tank nearby, with production lines connected. I spoke with landowner Keith Gearhart during the inspection, and he indicated that he receives domestic gas from the well. There is signage at the wellhead indicating the operator to be Layco. The production records are current through 2017. Multiple pictures were taken. |
1244964147 | 2018-02-06 | Production Wells | No Violations | The inspection this day revealed that this well is equipped with a pumping unit with identification posted on the unit, 4 1/2 inch diameter production casing, and production tubing. There is an in ground drip tank attached to the wellhead production lines. The valves on the wellhead are open for production. There is a small plastic tank near the wellhead. Production records show this well reported 35 barrels of oil for 2015, 15 barrels of oil for 2016, and 50 barrels of oil for 2017. This well is in production with the equipment on site. |
1301045526 | 2018-08-15 | Production Wells | No Violations | I accompanied inspector Tom Thomas on the follow-up inspection of this well today for training. He will be filling out the report for this well with the information on it. |
2098124345 | 2017-07-25 | Production Wells | No Violations | The inspection this day revealed that this well is equipped with a pumping unit, a 4 1/2 inch diameter production casing, and 1 1/2 inch diameter production tubing. The valves on the wellhead are open at the time of inspection. There is identification on a tag hanging from the production tubing. There is a small plastic 5 barrel tank near the wellhead that fluid runs to and then continues on down to another 100 barrel steel tank. Neither the 100 barrel steel tank or small plastic tank have any form of identification on them. The well is in production at the time of inspection. |
