0642454838 | 2015-03-05 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the date of inspection I found production equipment to include a 100bbl tank and a horizontal separator. The well is equipped with a gas plunger lift system, 1.5 inch tubing, 4.5 inch casing, and 8.625 inch casing. Tubing valve is open for production and casing valve is open to a meter. Production records are up to date. Weather conditions were upper teens with snow covering the ground. |
1062396660 | 2019-04-09 | Production Wells | No Violations | Upon my arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The valves on the tubing and on the casing were open. Domestic gas was being supplied off the casing. The production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a concrete vault, a horizonal separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by .750 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
