0289604543 2019-05-15 Casing String Witnessed No Violations PAD ADDRESS: 43175 Airport Road, Cadiz, 43907. On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precision had augured a 30 inch diameter hole to 97 feet. 98 feet of 24 inch diameter conductor casing was run. Drillers hit water at 40 feet while drilling. Mine spoils down to 52 feet. Petroset onsite with 250 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.18. 50 percent excess ran. Cement was displaced to 87 feet with 46 barrels of fresh water. 12 barrels of cement returned to surface.
0647950121 2019-05-23 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by Inspector Jeff Adams. We witnessed the surface casing cement job. Falcon 25 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1350 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 24 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 97 feet ground level. Wyoming casing ran 1344 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 54.5 lbs/foot, with no stick up. Casing was centralized. Shoe track is 43 feet long. C&J was onsite with 1090 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.22. 25% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 201 barrels of fresh water. 35 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 36 barrels of cement returned to surface weighing 14.3 ppg, and floats held with 1 barrels back. All depths are based on rig KB. Rig KB is 12 feet.
