At time of inspection, well appears equipped for production. Site ID sign present, in compliance with Act 9 standards. Drill permit, E&S/PCSM plan, PPC plan, ERP, ESCGP-1 all present at access road entrance. Well tag present, legible. Wellhead surrounded by gate, cement barriers. Two brine tanks, production equipment located within lined, metal secondary containment unit. All sound. Access road and well site currently snow-covered, therefore unable to adequately determine if any E&S concerns exist. Winter maintenance currently being performed on access road. AR gated. |
