I went over to pond that silt run-off entered and found several dead fish along west bank of firet pond . I did a count of dead fish showing approximately 40 fish along bank . I then took photos of dead fish and pond area . I then contacted Wildlife to report a fish kill . I spoke with Bud Miller at Portage Lakes office , He advised me they do not regulate private ponds .
