1394215583 2014-03-07 Contact was made with Don Hersher with Lonestar Petroleum on this day by phone and Don indicated he owned the said well and 3 others on the lease, we discussed the violation wrote and he indicated he would register the well and address the issues. 1400076699 2014-05-14 Administrate inspection to document that the well is being produced by Lonestar Petroleum (Don Hercher) and the proper transfer with the Division was not done when Mr. Hercher purchased the well, Mr.Hercher's legal council has contacted the Division and is working on the matter.
