-1177245795 2014-03-10 Total depth at the time of inspection is 11,018 ft. The inclination is 90.35 degrees. The azimuth is 326.9 degrees. They are using an 8.5 in bit. Spoke with company man on site.
-1709028885 2014-02-05 My inspection finds the rig, Warren Rig 12, ran casing to a depth of 419'. Baker Hughes circulated 627 sks of PNE-1 cement into place. I witnessed approximately 20 bbl of cement returns to surface.
-1776340646 2014-02-13 Witnessed the cementing of the 13.375 in. casing string. 1919 ft. of casing was ran in 1970 ft. of 17.5 in. hole. Good circulation was achieved throughout the whole job but no returns were observed. I looked at a sample of cement that was pulled when Baker Hughes started mixing cement. After letting it set for a while, no free water was observed on the top. Since there were no returns at the surface company will run a bond log to find the cement top.
-308340690 2014-04-01 Checked the status of drilling operations on this site. Company was tripping out of the hole. Total depth was 14,758 ft. I examined the bit when it came out of the well. It had drilled 500 ft. Spoke with company man and Weatherford directional drilling hand on site. Accompanied by Inspector LJ Parkins.
-420667440 2013-11-22 Witnessed the cementing of the surface casing. No chlorides were detected in the mix water. Good circulation and good returns were observed at the surface.
-504881614 2014-04-07 Total depth at the time of inspection was 15,111 feet. They had reached total depth and were tripping the drill pipe out of the hole. It was reported to me by the company man that they did not drill into the fault.
-706469171 2014-03-27 Witnessed drill pipe being snubbed in the well after a bit change. The casing shoe had been drilled out. I was accompanied by Inspector Pat Shreve. We walked around the rig and learned more about the BOP/Snubbing stack the was being used to drill through. Spoke with company men on site.
109595262 2013-11-25 Checked the status of the drilling rig. Total depth at the time of inspection was 890 ft. Spoke with company man and rig manager on site. They were experiencing technical difficulties due to cold weather.
1196008113 2013-11-12 Checked on the drilling of the conductor holes for this well and for permit number 9724. Express energy services was performing the work. Spoke with Mr. Sparky Bare on site.
1392737718 2014-02-18 Total depth at the time of inspection was 2353 ft. The company was starting their "nudge out" section to distance the well from others drilled on the pad. Spoke with company man on site.
1393861594 2014-03-03 Total depth at the time of inspection is 7382 ft. An 8.5 in bit is being used for this section of hole. Spoke with company man Mr. Harold Roper on site. He stated that Triad was planning on running a 7.625 in. liner through the curve section. I reminded him that the rules state that liners must be hung 200 ft. into the previous casing string.
1393945971 2014-03-04 Received call from Mr. Tim Neil from Triad Hunter at 8:20 am. He called to notify me that they will be running a 7.625 in liner in the curve section. I reminded him that the rules state that liners have to be hung 200 vertical feet inside the nest larger casing.
1395076883 2014-03-17 Drilling had reached a total depth of 14,258 ft. 14,213 ft. of 5.5 in. casing was ran and cemented on 3/16/14. I picked up paperwork for the cement job and spoke with the company man on site. We also talked about the next step for drilling on this pad which is running down with 3.5 in. tools and drilling out past the 5.5 in casing. I expressed my concern on this matter due to the pattern of activity associate with a fault zone that they are drilling close to. I then called Inspector Pat Shreve and discussed it with him, then I called my Supervisor Dan Goins and Deputy Chief Dave Claus. Deputy Chief Claus told me to get a hold of Engineer for Triad Mr. Tim Neill and get a plan and procedure together for this operation. I spoke with Mr. Neill and he agreed to send me one via e-mail.
1395684164 2014-03-24 Total depth at the time of inspection is 14258 ft. They are getting ready to drill past the shoe on the 5.5 in. production string. Spoke with company man on site.
1396286559 2014-03-31 Total depth at the time of inspection was 14,663 ft. Spoke with company man on site. He stated that they were getting small intermittent gas shows. Crew was performing a gas kick safety drill so that everyone would know what to do in the event that high pressure gas was encountered.
606847409 2014-03-27 I met Andy Thomas at well site. They were rigged up with Cudd energy services with a large BOP stack from BTI Group and a snubbing unit from Cudd. Warren drilling rig 12 was being used to run pipe. They were tripping 2.87510lb/ft drill pipe in well to drill out and move toward the fault.
762889876 2014-04-01 Accompanied Inspector Andy Thomas to witness drilling operations on this rig. The total depth of this well was set at 14,758'. Witnessed the bit tripping out of the hole and examined the used bit which had been used for 500' of drilling. Andy Thomas took pictures of the used bit. Toured the well site with Triad Hunter Company Man and Safety Coordinator from Weatherford Drilling.
