Packer had 25,000 lbs of string weight pulled on it after it was set, pressure released and tubing weight set on packer of about 11,000 lbs. - Pressure test started at 10:41 AM with 920 PSI on ODNR gauge, tested for 15 minutes with no loss of pressure. Tested passed, bleed pressure down on annulus to about 350 psi,

Mr. McCray has complainted in past years that when Cortland Energy installed the injection line from the tank to the well that several field drainage tiles were cut and not reconnected which has caused several other field tiles to blowout. A site review was conducted and several sink hole and blowout were noted and GPS. The Grass waterway contains the main drainage tile to a small tributary. The repairs may be eligible for a Grant under the Soil and Water Conservation, the cost will be agreed between Cortland Energy and the landowner.
