1374584432 2013-07-22 I was on location to perform the required BOP test after the cementing of the 8.625" casing . Upon my inspection of the Drilling site I observed that the " Blow Pit " had a layer of oil on the surface of the water. I prevented the Drilling crew from unloading the fluid from the wellbore to the pit. I contacted Dave Matak ( Discovery O&G ) to inform him of the problem. The offending water hauler ( Pander) was contacted and remedied the situation by booming and skimming the pit till the oil was removed. Subsequently, the Drilling crew was allowed to unload the hole ( without incident ) and proceed to drill the cement. The well was configured as a Gas Plunger lift system and consisted of 4.5" casing , 1.5" tubing,
